1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Products:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
3. How to Return Products:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at test@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Ensure to provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for Ayurveda products. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at test@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. We will assist you in resolving the issue with either a refund or replacement.
7. Shipping Charges:
- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
